Red Quinoa Pancakes

Having pancakes for breakfast is always a good idea, and this guilt-free version is not the exception.   Our Red Quinoa Pancakes are more delicious, nutritious, healthier, faster, and easier to cook than the regular ones (which are full of refined flours and sugar)

Ingredients (single serving)

1 Scoop of the Red Quinoa Pancake mix

4 Whites or 2 eggs (vegan alternative: eggs substitute)

Sweetener to taste


Place all the ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Golden brown on both sides and serve hot.

These instant pancakes are perfect for breakfast. Add some fruits and maple syrup, agave nectar or honey.
